This was taken during a severe electrical storm the night before my boys Clifton  and Daniel left for a summer vacation in Alaska.  That was one of the longest summers of my entire life, due to the fact that they could make more noise than this storm, and I missed them.


 

This was one of the coolest rainbows I've seen! I saw it while stationed in Iceland during my 14 year stint with the USAF.  I always wondered if there really was a pot of gold and the end of it, or just a big pile of sheepshit.

Okay, so Trisha found this beast outside after we had gotten several major rains here in Phoenix.  Aptly titled "Sidewalk Snake" So i guess it's time to go fishing after we wrestle it to the ground.
